We seek a talented and passionate Bistro Line Cook to join our Majestic Inn and Spa LLC team in Anacortes, WA. As a Bistro Line Cook, you can showcase your culinary skills and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Someone passionate about food thinks on their feet and wants to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items by company standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Assist in controlling food costs by avoiding food waste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Food handler's permit or certification
