About the Role: 
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at VIP Hospitality Group LLC in Newport, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in the hospitality industry. 

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including coding invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • M3 experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
