About the Role: 
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at VIP Hospitality Group LLC in The Dalles, OR. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a positive experience for our guests. 

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
  • Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards
  • Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit orders as needed
  • Address guest complaints and special requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule team based on occupancy

Requirements:
  •  At least 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or janitorial supervisory role
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
