Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal breakfast menus.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on breakfast preparation techniques.
  • Monitor food preparation processes and adjust recipes as necessary for quality.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
