About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a breakfast or brunch setting.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Passion for cooking and creating delicious breakfast dishes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy kitchen environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
