About the Role:

Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to special requests and dietary restrictions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a breakfast or brunch setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Passion for cooking and creating delicious breakfast dishes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
