About the Role:
Join Inn at Nye Beach as a Housekeeper in beautiful Newport, OR! We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Be a part of a dynamic team that values excellence and attention to detail in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change linens and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies and hallways.
- Assist with laundry services and ensure proper handling of linens.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any special requests.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily cleaning goals.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and proper usage.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
