Responsabilidades: 

  • Realizar la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, incluyendo desempolvar, aspirar y desinfectar superficies.

  • Cambiar la ropa de cama y reponer suministros para garantizar la comodidad del huésped.

  • Inspeccionar las habitaciones en busca de problemas de mantenimiento y reportarlos de inmediato.

  • Cumplir con las normas de salud y seguridad al usar productos de limpieza.

  • Mantener la limpieza en áreas comunes, incluyendo vestíbulos y pasillos.

  • Ayudar con los servicios de lavandería y asegurar el manejo adecuado de la ropa de cama.

  • Brindar un servicio excepcional a los huéspedes, atendiendo cualquier solicitud especial.

  • Colaborar con los compañeros de equipo para alcanzar las metas diarias de limpieza.


Requisitos:
 
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza o labores de ama de llaves.

  • Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con un trabajo de calidad.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar el tiempo eficazmente.

  • Buena condición física y capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras (11 kg aprox.).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y actitud amable.

  • Flexibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario.

  • Conocimiento de productos de limpieza y su uso adecuado.

  • Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
