About the Role:
Join Z-Cancelled VIP Hospitality Group LLC as a Guest Service Rep and be the friendly face that welcomes our guests! In this dynamic role, you’ll ensure every visitor has an unforgettable experience while representing our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our booking system.
- Provide detailed information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of guest service.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist in promoting special events and packages to enhance guest experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
